How to Apply

Applications from people in southern England who would like to receive a “John Edgar Award” will open in Spring 2020. Applicants should be established in a career in or associated with agriculture or the land-based industries, and if not already in a management position, should show the potential to achieve this in the near future. Most, but not all of the successful applicants in the past have been in the age range between their mid twenties to late thirties.

Applications should be submitted by a date TBC.

Selected applicants will be be invited for interview at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester on a date TBC. The selection panel will aim to gather a balanced group of twelve people who can both contribute to and learn from each other and who show commitment to benefiting from the skills learnt.

Candidates will be asked to confirm their ability to attend all the training.
